Emotions the gateway to healing.

Emotions the gateway to our health

Emotion is Energy in Motion.  When this energy is stuck or blocked it manifest in the body as disease .   Human beings are born with a free will and freedom of expression .   And when we block or are unable to express  emotion especially negative emotions like fear, anger, shame, hatred this energy then  shows up as a physical symptom of a disease.

Our experiences and interactions help us to express emotions.  When  we are in a situation which is either a fight or flight situation it creates stress in our body and blocks the free movement of energy.

Emotions like guilts and shame are the base of negative emotions leading to anger, fear, jealousy hatred , sadness etc.   These emotions when not expressed gets stored in different parts of our body which later manifest as disease.

Our emotions and body are connected and therefore when we express our emotions instead of suppressing it we learn to cope with the situation in a holistic manner.   Acknowledging our negative emotions of hurt, anger, grief, shame, fear helps us look at it in a healthy manner so we can then deal with these emotions instead of ignoring them.  Over the years these stored negative emotions can develop in our body as pain, ulcer or even cancer.

Positive emotions like gratitude, forgiveness, love, acceptance , joy , altruism etc help our body to heal naturally and release the blocks .  Thereby reversing the damage done to our body.

Bach Flower Remedies are simple, effective and profound healing system that
help us to release and overcome the negative emotions and  bring up the latent positive emotions  which in turn would lead to healing on the physical level.  Using the Bach Flower Remedies increases one awareness  to  cope and change the Fight or Flight  situation  to a Pause and Plan situation .
